It is unfortunate when an incident occurs, but it is important that it is documented. By reporting, you help us create a safer environment and give us the opportunity to follow up, understand and prevent similar incidents in the future. Thank you for taking the time to complete the report.

Göta studentkår handles all incident reports according to Policy for reporting incidents.

We appreciate that you want to contribute to a safe and transparent organization by reporting any misconduct that has occurred within Göta studentkår. In order for an incident to be handled correctly, it is encouraged to provide as much information as possible about what happened..

Do you want to be anonymous?

Göta studentkår documents all reported incidents to identify recurring problems and conduct long-term and preventive work.

If you choose to remain anonymous, Göta studentkår cannot handle or make decisions about any consequences towards specific individuals, but will note the information. See Policy for reporting incidents.

If you choose to share your contact information, the incident management team has the opportunity to contact you regarding your incident report, you are still anonymous to Göta Student Union.

Support

If necessary, as a student at the University of Gothenburg, you have the opportunity to receive support from Student Health. If you want to file a police report, Göta Student Union can provide support in connection with the report.
