Incident Reporting

It is never pleasant when something unfortunate occurs. However, it is important that incidents related to student life outside of academic studies are documented, so that we can understand what has happened and work preventively going forward. If a student or member has experienced a situation of concern or felt unsafe in connection with Göta Student Union’s activities, this can be reported through an incident report.

Incident reporting is intended for situations that occur in connection with student life outside of formal education, such as events, introduction weeks, or other activities organised by or linked to Göta Student Union. The purpose is not to assign blame, but to highlight incidents that may require follow-up.

By reporting incidents, you help us create a safer and more inclusive student environment. Each report contributes to identifying patterns, improving procedures, and reducing the risk of similar situations occurring in the future.

If you have experienced, witnessed, or become aware of an incident that you believe should be documented, you may submit an incident report. All submitted reports are handled with care and used as a basis for improvement efforts.
