Are you a student at the Logic Programme who wants to discuss the contents of your education? Then you should become a student representative!

The Programme Council for the Logic Programme has an advisory function to the department regarding questions such as course material, pace, exams and other questions related to the quality of the programme. The council handles course plans, following up on the courses, and further developing the courses. They are responsible for making certain that the programme matches the examination objectives. The council operates under Swedish national regulatory documents, as well as goals and strategies for education decided by the University of Gothenburg. The programme council is tasked with:

>        Continuously identify development needs and initiate programme development regarding organization and content.
>        Ensure progression between courses in the programme and in relation to degree objectives.
>        Participate in the responsible department's preparation of the programme's course plans before approval.
>        Contribute to the preparation of a new/revised curriculum.
>        Follow up, ensure quality, and develop the quality of the programme.
>        Promote information and experience exchange for both the programme's teachers and students.
>        Monitor the outside world and engage in dialogue on strategic issues important to the programme.

As a rule, one 1h long meeting is held each semester. You will receive a renumeration for attending the meeting.

To support you in your position as a student representative, Göta studentkår has a Document of Opinions to help you represent all students.
